Ann Houser is a driving force in leadership development, with over three decades of experience dedicated to empowering individuals and organizations to unlock their full potential. Ann specializes in guiding C-suite executives in navigating strategic challenges and balancing forward-looking vision with day-to-day operations. Her coaching focuses on leadership development, board relationships, succession planning, talent development, and self-care practices rooted in personal values and mindfulness.
As Ann takes on an expanded Partner role at The Bailey Group, her coaching philosophy centers around empowering leaders to embrace their unique leadership journey, envision a bold future, and cultivate a holistic leadership style based on trust, authenticity, and the privilege of positively impacting others’ lives. In addition to serving on the Board of The Bailey Group, she’s a Founding Board Member of Coaching for Justice, a former Minnesota Private College Council Executive Committee Member, and former President of the International Coaching Federation of Minnesota (ICF). Ann has an outstanding educational background, including a Bachelor of Science degree from Saint Olaf College, a Master’s degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and coaching certifications and training from ICF and the Coaches Training Institute.
